As incredible as it sounds, we‘re already fast approaching a major milestone. Many of you know that we had a late production start in 2020 due to our transition from a 1 barrel to a 5 barrel brew system (learn more about it here). Installation wasn't complete and brewing didn't begin until mid-January. The delay was 100% worth it because the 5 barrels not only allow us to have greater capacity (i.e. make more beer), but it also means we are able to keep our taps filled with our beers vs. guest taps. The new system gives us flexibility to participate in future festivals, offer growlers and cans to go and hopefully (one day) partake in some light strategic distribution.

Since we started production (beer on tap) this February we have produced 51 barrels of beer (that’s just over 1,500 gallons). Our 2019 production total since our Grand Opening last Memorial Day was 56 barrels (from the end May to end of December 2019). Which means in the nearly 3 months that we’ve been brewing in 2020 (early February to mid April) we are only 5 barrels short of our 2019's (7 1/2 months) total beer production. Our thoughts...Holy shit Batman! That's a lotta beer!💥🦊🍻
