We first discovered the world of authentic German bier in the mid 90's, while stationed in Bamberg, Germany. Upon returning from the Motherland of biers, our palettes had been spoiled and the American options, which we once loved, no longer met our newly refined standards.

Beer is more than just a liquid and our brewery is not just a pet project - It’s a lifestyle.

Our brews are simple and to the point... created from rainwater, boutique farm grains, top quality hops and custom crafted yeast.  We make small batches to fit our seasonally brewed and always fresh approach which keeps us from having to use all of the {headache causing} preservatives so many breweries add to make sure their beer last for months and sometimes years. 

It is important that everyone at 12 Fox takes pride in everything we create for our Fox Family and the ever-growing small batch beer loving community.
