Every year we open on Fat Tuesday to kick off Mardi Gras with a great JAZZ - FUNK - BLUES BAND + LOTS O BEADS.  Kurt grew up in East Texas and Cajun food is his other SUPER POWER...Think King Cake - Cracklins - Andouille Sausage - Boudin - BBQ - Red Beans n Rice and a big ol Crawfish Boil.
