Back in 1994 two good ol’ Army boys met at Ft. Sill for basic training and a friendship was born. Deployed all over the world together, Joe & Aaron, first discovered real Bier while stationed in Bamberg Germany! Upon returning from the Motherland of biers, their palettes had been spoiled and the American options no longer met their newly refined standards. Joe sought out German brews from local stores while Aaron took on the craft of brewing his own.

After several years they re-connected, Joe discovered that Aaron had evolved into quite the brew master receiving multiple accolades and awards for his custom recipes. Wanting to take his passion for brewing to the next level, Aaron and Joe decided to partner up and bring high-end European master crafted beer to Dripping Springs, TX.
