Many of our patrons have been asking questions about what we're doing, when (or even if) we're open, and what they need to know before visiting during COVID. To put it plainly WE ARE OPEN for business!
As of now we are back to offering BEER TO GO due to Governor Abbott's executive order on Friday, June 26. TABC has stepped in - created their own set of rules and are enforcing them to the fullest. On top of a hefty fine, they have the POWER to strip our brewing permit and close our doors for a minimum of 30 days. To the disappointment of everyone NO alcohol can be consumed anywhere on the premises.
This order has dropped yet another bomb on the craft beer community. With no known end in sight we are scrambling to understand what this order means and how it will effect us in the coming days, weeks, & months. This time around groceries can't save us & your support has never been more important. Thank you so much and together we'll get through this (albeit with more grey hair), but we promise to throw one helluva party when this is over!
More than 18,000 people have signed an online petition calling on Abbott to allow breweries to reopen! Join us & throw your name into hat to save local Texas craft breweries! Together we are strong.
Purchase your Beer, Wine, Cider & Mead directly in our taproom or order online for easy taproom pickup!
Gov. Abbott's 6/26 Executive Order
WE ARE FOLLOWING TABC COVID-19 PROTOCOLS and in turn require all patrons/guests adhere to our RONA RULES when visiting the brewery taproom, biergarten, parking lot, or anywhere within throwing distance of 12 Fox.
